What is Kundalini Healing?

Kundalini Healing is a spiritual energy practice that works with subtle life-force energy to encourage balance, self-awareness, and deep personal transformation. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, Kundalini is often described as a dormant spiritual energy residing at the base of the spine. As this energy awakens and flows through the body’s energy centres, or chakras, many practitioners experience greater clarity, emotional release, and a profound sense of inner peace.

My approach to Kundalini Healing centres on the use of green Kundalini energy, which I channel with the intention of supporting the body’s natural capacity for balance and restoration. Green is traditionally associated with the heart chakra and symbolizes compassion, renewal, growth, and healing. Every healing session is unique, reflecting the individual’s energetic state and personal circumstances.

A distinctive aspect of my practice is the identification of thought-forms—energetic patterns created by beliefs, emotions, memories, and habitual ways of thinking. In my experience, these thought-forms often reveal the underlying connection between the mind and the body. Rather than focusing solely on physical symptoms, I seek to identify the energetic and mental patterns that may be contributing to them. Bringing these unconscious patterns into conscious awareness provides an opportunity for genuine inner change.

I believe that lasting healing begins when the root cause of an imbalance is recognized and released, rather than simply managing its outward effects. By combining Kundalini energy with the exploration of thought-forms, each session aims to support transformation at a deeper level, helping individuals move beyond recurring patterns toward greater freedom, vitality, and wholeness.

Kundalini Healing is not intended to replace medical or psychological care. Instead, it is a complementary spiritual practice that encourages self-discovery, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth by addressing the subtle relationship between the mind, the body’s energy, and conscious awareness.
